Tickets are available through eTix, a Season Subscription, Advance Purchase Individual Sales, Advance Purchase Group Sales or at the Door. Reduced Price Tickets require Membership, proof of Student status or proof of age. There is Opening Night special pricing. Tickets are non-refundable, although unused tickets may be transferred to another performance of the same show if seating is available.

"First Nighters" Special) Patrons purchasing pairs of tickets for the Opening Night of any production are eligible to get their second ticket at half price. The price of your second ticket in the same or less expensive category will be discounted by 50%, regardless of the method or timing of your purchase.

Season Subscriptions) A Season Subscription provides you with one voucher for each show. To reserve a ticket for a specific performance, a Season Subscription Holder should contact the box office (610) 277-9505. Seating is guaranteed if the ticket is reserved prior to the performance being requested. Seating is not guaranteed unless a ticket is reserved. Subscription Vouchers are not transferable to other shows.

Advance Purchase Group Sales) This includes eTix and Reserved Tickets that are paid for at least 2 hours in advance. 20 Tickets or more for the same performance. All Ages: $10.00 Per Ticket (take a group of 50 to a musical for only $500).

The Players process the purchase of tickets as a donation to our 501c(3) registered corporation for which the donor receives a thank-you-gift. We believe that this is in complete compliance with the donation model used by PBS and others in their fund raisers. In general, a donation to The Players, even made for the sole purpose of securing a gift, is not taxable. The IRS may not consider this type of donation tax deductible unless the amount of the donation clearly exceeds the value of the thank-you-gift. The value of The Players tickets have not been established. All other donations to The Players typically will be eligible for a tax deduction. We will provide all IRS required documentation for monetary donations over $250 or non-monetary donations which we believe could reasonably be valued over $250.

Seniors are persons aged 65 or older. Students are persons 23 years old and under who present a current Student Picture ID from a school we recognize. Children are persons aged 12 or younger. Pre-School children must be accompanied by an Adult or Senior ticket holder.

eTix purchases are available up to two (2) hours prior to curtain or the start of an event. Not all special package combinations may be available on eTix.

All Tickets paid for less than two (2) hours before a show are priced at "At the Door" rates. On-Line Ticket Reservations are available until at least Midnight the day before the performance or event. Reserving tickets guarantees that tickets will be held for you until 15 minutes before the start of a performance or 15 minutes after the start of an event. Ticket reservations are void if the underlying tickets are not paid for prior to their hold time expiration.

If you reserve tickets on-line and intend to pay by sending a check, please include the phrase "The Check is in the Mail" in the comments area of the on-line form. We will attempt to contact you by e-mail when we receive your check.

If you pay by check through the mail and request mail delivery of your tickets, we will mail your tickets to you if we receive your check at least two weeks prior to the date of the performance or event. Otherwise, we will hold the tickets in your name at the box office. Please include your e-mail address and/or phone number with your ticket request so that we can notify you about the method used to handle your tickets.

Season and Advance Purchase Tickets are not transferable between shows, but please contact us about your particular situation.

We have already figured out the least expensive way for you and your group to see a show, so contact us and we will help you get tickets at the lowest possible price, even though they are really cheap to begin with.
